Currently about 200 people make up our caring, dedicated team at this 5-star nursing home between Peoria and Bloomington. And while our employees tend to stay for a long time, with that many positions, things do open up from time to time. We look for people who have a genuine love for the elderly and value building relationships, with our residents and with the other staff.
