Six-Ten Fitness, immediately inside the West entrance of ACHE, is a fitness center designed specifically for those that are 60+.
At Six-Ten, we create an individualized fitness program customized to your needs and goals. We start with an evaluation by a Physical Therapist to determine your base level of health and fitness. We then incorporate the four Pillars of Health: Stretching and Flexibility, Strengthening with air-powered HUR equipment, Aerobic exercise, and Balance and Reaction Time Stimulation into your plan, show you how to use the equipment and follow your plan, and provide support to keep you achieving your goals.
